Any legal action brought by JJ TECH INNOVATIONS LLC against legal entities or in relations with regulatory authorities will not be subject to arbitration. 

Each party may choose to file disputes in the small claims court, provided that the claim is individualized and not referred to courts of general jurisdiction.

Any arbitration shall be solely on an individual basis unless both parties expressly agree otherwise in writing. 

If a court or arbitrator determines that this waiver of class action or jury trial is invalid, the entire Arbitration Agreement will be null and void, and the parties will not be required to arbitrate. 

Procedure for Exclusion from the Arbitration Agreement

(i) your full name, 
(ii) your full address, 
(iii) your telephone number, 
(iv) the changes you reject, 
(v) and, if applicable, the username or email associated with any purchase made with JJ TECH INNOVATIONS LLC. 

It must contain a statement signed by you, either handwritten or electronically, expressing your desire to reject the specified change to the Arbitration Agreement. This procedure does not waive the right to arbitration altogether. 

Severability and Validity 

If any provision of this Arbitration Agreement, or part thereof, is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable Peruvian law, that portion shall be deemed severable and, to the extent possible, replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the original intent of the affected provision. The remainder of the Arbitration Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a court or arbitrator determines that the class action claims procedure administered by the designated entity (as described in this agreement) is void or unenforceable for any reason, or that the arbitration may proceed on a class basis, then, after all appeals have been exhausted, the entire Arbitration Agreement shall be deemed void. 

This Arbitration Agreement will survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions. Except as provided in the opt-out mechanism described above, the terms of this Arbitration Agreement will supersede and replace any prior arbitration agreements or waivers of class actions or jury trials you may have entered into with JJ TECH INNOVATIONS LLC. 

NOTICE FOR USERS IN PERU 

In compliance with Law No. 29571, the Consumer Protection and Defense Act, and other complementary regulations, JJ TECH INNOVATIONS LLC guarantees the protection of your rights as a consumer. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of JJ TECH INNOVATIONS LLC. JJ TECH INNOVATIONS LLC may assign or transfer its rights or obligations without your consent or prior notification. 

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid, unenforceable, or void under Peruvian law, such provision will be deleted or modified, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect. 

These Terms and Conditions, together with any supplemental terms published by JJ TECH INNOVATIONS LLC, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreements, whether oral or written. 

Provisions that are reasonably expected to survive termination of the contract—such as intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and indemnification—will survive termination of the contractual relationship. 

JJ TECH INNOVATIONS LLC's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless made in writing and signed by our authorized representative. 

Both parties reserve the right to enforce the legal and contractual mechanisms established herein without prejudice to any other legal rights or remedies.

This agreement is entered into solely between you and JJ TECH INNOVATIONS LLC, with no third-party beneficiaries.
